  Had Hyde Park out to fix a pool heater problem. They sent Ed. a really old guy who worked REALLLLLY slowly. All he did was clean corrosion off of one valve, and hit the ignitor with a hammer, and repeatedly start the heater, wait for ignition, then do it again and again and again. Charged me $260.00. Six days later, the ignitor is out again. Awful! Ed had an "apprentice" (young guy) with him. but the bill doesn't state whose time was spend doing what. Just "cleaned pool boiler checked for ignition Boiler starts up rough but it does work. Suggested a new pool boiler for next summer. And THAT cost me $260??? The "fix" lasted only SIX days? Seriously? I learned that the "house visit" costs a MINIMUM of $92.00 before tax. The secretary now wants to send a different guy who supposedly IS knowledgeable about pool heaters. Does that mean that Ed messed around for two hours banging the pool heater with a hammer and was NOT the pool heater guy? Seriously?
